任职要求/岗位职责

Responsibilities:1) Will be responsible for solving technical problems and improve technology capabilities in ONE of the following platforms: genetic engineering and cell engineering.2) Will analyze experimental data and identify problems to be improved. Will work with technicians to actively improve (increase success rate, lower the cost and simplify the technology requirements) technologies. 3) Will manage laboratory and be responsible for equipment maintenance.

Requirements:1) Major in molecular biology and/or cell biology or related above master.2) Hands on experience in cDNA library construction; RNAi knockdown; molecular cloning; nucleic acid purification and amplification; transfection and transduction; gene expression analysis. Experience in various protein expression systems and purification strategies is a plus.3) Excel at cell culture including transient transfection and stable cell line set-up, and development of cell-based bioassays and immunoassays.4) A strong publication list is highly preferred.5) Excellent communication skills both in English and Mandarin.6) Good organizational skills.
